Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website and the Sowur Shield browser demo are operated by [TODO: registered company name] (“SoulStudio”, “we”, “us”), registered at [TODO: registered address], company number [TODO: company / VAT number].

For any question about this policy or about your data, contact us at [TODO: contact email address].

2. What we collect

We do not collect any personal data through this website. There is no sign-up, no login, no newsletter, no contact form, no comment section and no purchase. We do not use Google Analytics or any comparable analytics or advertising service, and the game build ships with Unity’s analytics, ads, crash-reporting and performance-reporting services switched off.

The only data the site stores or transmits is the following:

We have no access to any of the above. We cannot read your saved games, and we do not receive visitor statistics of any kind.

3. Cookies

This site sets no cookies at all. It uses browser localStorage for your language choice, which is a strictly necessary preference you actively chose, and browser storage for your saved games. Because none of this is used for tracking, advertising or analytics, no consent banner is required. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.

4. Third parties

Loading this page involves exactly two third parties:

There are no embedded videos, no social media widgets, no advertising networks and no third-party iframes anywhere on this site.

5. Children

Sowur Shield is suitable for a general audience. Because we collect no personal data from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has somehow provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Your rights

Data-protection law — including the EU/UK GDPR, Brazil’s LGPD and the CCPA in California — gives you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to its processing. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is in practice nothing for us to return or delete.

To clear the data held on your own device, you can at any time:

For the data GitHub and Google hold as described above, please exercise your rights directly with them via the policies linked in section 4. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may complain to your local data-protection authority — in Brazil the ANPD, in the EU your national authority, in the UK the ICO.

7. Data retention and transfers

We store nothing, so we retain nothing. Data held on your own device stays there until you clear it. GitHub and Google are US-based providers and may process the technical data described above outside your country under their own published safeguards.

8. Changes to this policy

If we ever add analytics, accounts, payments or any other form of data collection, we will update this page and change the “last updated” date above before that change goes live. Material changes affecting your rights will be announced on the home page.
